Shipping Policy

Products are shipped from Canada.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Most products are posted on the working day following the order and delivery times generally vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on the articles and destinations.
Certain orders may require a longer processing or delivery time, for reasons which often are beyond our control. In this case, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during your checkout based on the weight and size of the package. We use Canada Post as the national carrier, but reserve the right to choose another service if necessary.
If you wish to pick up your order at our head office in Mercier (Quebec), simply add the promo code PICKUP in the box provided for this purpose during the payment process. Contrary to what will be indicated, this does not mean that your order will be shipped free of charge, but that we will contact you as soon as it is ready to be picked up.

We also remind you that certain products, such as those from Ashford, cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Canada.

CUSTOMS TAXES AND IMPORT TAXES

Customs and import taxes are payable by the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by delays in customs processing.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

When shipping, we use the address you provide, so please make sure it is up to date and that there are no errors.
Indeed, we are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to a wrong address: lost packages will not be refunded and returned packages will incur additional shipping costs for the recipient.
