Refund Policy

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the one in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned or exchanged. Books, patterns, software, gift cards, dyes, threads and fibers cannot be returned. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

RETURN IN CASE OF BREAKAGE OR DEFECTIVITY

For any return in case of breakage or defect:

  • Contact us, we will verify the admissibility of the item for a return and will provide you with a validation number and will give you the address to return to the product (s) (attention, the address may differ depending on the product);
  • Validate with us the mode of transport used for the return and the shipping address;
  • Prepare your return: we will need a description specifying the nature of the problem encountered and proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all parts, manuals or other, relating to it (any failure could result in the rejection of the refund request).
  • Insure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of items lost when they are returned.

EXCHANGE

For a return:

  • Contact us, we will verify the eligibility of the item for an exchange and will provide you with a validation number and will give you the address to which to return the product (s) (attention, the address may differ depending on the product);
  • In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs which were initially borne by Tisse and File will be invoiced to you and you will also have to pay the costs relating to the return of your purchase to the address or addresses which will be communicated to you by Weave and File if your products come from different places;
  • An administration fee of $ 20 will also be payable;
  • Prepare your product for exchange: proof of purchase will be required as well as a validation number. The item (s) must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging and must include all parts, manuals and others relating thereto (any failure could result in the rejection of the refund request).
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
  • Once you have paid the shipping costs (round trip), if your exchange request has been approved, then you will receive your new shipment, a credit or a debit (corresponding to the difference between the original article minus shipping charges and the new item) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Insure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of items lost when they are returned.

RETURN

For a return:

  • Contact us, we will verify the admissibility of the item for a return and will provide you with a validation number and will give you the address to which to return the product (s) (attention, the address may differ depending on the product);
  • In case of return, the shipping costs which were initially borne by Tisse and File will be invoiced to you and you will also have to pay the costs related to the return of your purchase to the address or addresses which will be communicated to you by Tisse and File if your products come from different places;
  • An administration fee of $ 20 will also be payable;
  • Prepare your return: proof of purchase will be required as well as a validation number. The item (s) must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging and must include all parts, manuals and others relating thereto (any failure could result in the rejection of the refund request).
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
  • Once you have paid the shipping costs (round trip), if your exchange request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment, within 15 working days.
  • Insure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of items lost when they are returned.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. If applicable, contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
